Tennis Fitness Assessment
Most tennis players spend their time working on the tennis they can see—serves, groundstrokes, volleys, overheads, footwork, strategy, and match play. Yet every point is ultimately created by the athlete behind it.
The AMP Advantage Tennis Fitness Assessment helps identify mobility limitations, movement restrictions, flexibility impairments, stability concerns, and tennis fitness opportunities that may influence how your body supports serving, stroke production, court movement, directional change, and overall tennis performance.
Using AEFA Fitness’s AMP Advantage methodology, assessment findings are translated into understandable tennis fitness information that helps reveal the athlete behind the racquet.
These findings provide valuable insight into movement opportunities that influence mobility, stability, movement quality, rotational efficiency, court movement, overhead performance, and overall tennis fitness development, helping you better understand how your body supports tennis performance.
Included : Tennis Fitness Assessment, Observations, AEFA Fitness Interpretations, Functional & Tennis Implications
Best For : Tennis players seeking insight into their tennis fitness before investing additional time in lessons, equipment, or competitive play.
After enrolling, you’ll receive an Assessment Registration link by email. This registration is separate from any LMS or student account. You’ll use this link to create your AEFA Fitness Profile through Demotu, download the app, and complete the required profile setup. Your profile information is used by AEFA Fitness to assign the appropriate assessment session, and your assessment results help determine your improvement opportunities.
Your profile email will receive an invitation with instructions and a direct link to complete your assigned assessment.
Perform the assessment in about 10 minutes wearing comfortable gym clothes, using your phone or tablet at home, in your favorite gym, or with one of our trainers. Follow the guided prompts to complete mobility, stability, and running‑specific movement tests using your device’s camera.
After your assessment is submitted, an AEFA trainer reviews your movement results and compiles your findings into a clear summary with interpretations and running‑specific implications. Based on your selected level, you may receive further corrective direction, a self‑guided action plan, or a trainer‑guided program built directly from your assessment profile.
